The latest update of My Golf 3D crashes!

We have had a handful of technical support emails about the latest update to My Golf 3D not working. This problem is not being experienced by everyone and is currently being investigated by our technical team. It appears that the problem is not specific to a certain device or a specific version of iOS. As soon as we can re-produce the problem we will fix it and issue a new update.

However, until we can experience the problem and fix it there is a work around, albeit not ideal. This quick fix involves deleting the App and re-installing it which means that you will lose your ratings and history. The Game Center achievements and leaderboards will re-sync and restore back to your device, so all is not lost. Please follow the steps below to delete your App and re-install if you do not want to wait for an update.

Step 1: Delete the App from your device.

Touch and hold the My Golf 3D icon until it starts to wobble and a cross appears in the top left hand corner of the icon.

Touch the cross on the top left of the icon and follow the on screen instructions for deleting the App.

When the App is deleted press the Home button to exit out of the delete mode.

Step 2: Download the free version of My Golf 3D from the App Store.

Step 3: Run the App by touching the Apps icon.

Step 4: On the 'Main Menu' screen locate and select the 'Shop' icon.

Step 5: Select 'Restore In App purchases' and follow the on-screen instructions.

Step 6: When the App returns to the 'Settings' menu, touch the 'Back' button and return to the 'Main Menu'. Your purchases should be working.

Note: During the 'Restore In App purchases' procedure you may be asked to enter your Apple Id password. This WILL NOT charge you again.

I have just updated my App and it crashes!

Refunds and Payment Problems!

If you want a refund or think that you have been charged wrong then you will need to speak to Apple Inc.

We do not have any control or access to your financial information or any transactions that you make, this is all managed by Apple Inc.

You can log into your Apple account by using your Apple ID and Password where you will then be able to contact Apple Inc.

Pro Snooker 2012 / Pro Pool 2012 crashes towards the end of a frame!

If you are experiencing a random crash towards the end of a frame please upgrade your App to the latest version.

Following various reports from Apple users we were able to fix a major crash that only happened under very specific circumstances.

If after installing the lastest version you find that the problem still exists, then please email us with as many details as possible so that we can isolate the problem quickly.

MyBowling 3D crashes iPad 2!

We have now had a handful of customers report the our Apps crash while on the Loading screen after selecting a Level to play.

At the moment this seems to be an isolated group of iPad 2 owners running iOS versions 4.3.x

We are currently looking into the problem, however updating your iOS to the latest version will solve the problem.

Updating your device is Free of charge and can be done via iTunes on your Mac or PC.

My In App purchase has not been recognized by the game!

This problem seems to be caused by not receiving final notification that the purchase has been completed possibly due to a drop in internet connectivity while finalizing the purchase.

Step 1: Run the App.

Step 2: Locate the 'Restore Purchases' option. Depending on which App you are trying to restore purchases on, this option will be in one of three places:

Apps with the 'Restore Purchases' option on the 'Main Menu'

Apps with the 'Restore Purchases' option in the 'Shop'

Apps with the 'Restore Purchases' option in the 'Settings Menu'

Step 3: Select 'Restore Purchases' and follow the on-screen instructions.

Note: During the 'Restore In App purchases' procedure you may be asked to enter your Apple Id password. This WILL NOT charge you again.

My App does not resume after it has been minimized using the Home button!

This is probably due to having too many Apps running in the background. When an App in closed by pressing the Home button, it is still using system resources which will have a negative effect on your devices performance. Game Apps use alot of system resources such as memory and should ideally be used with minimal Apps running in the background.

Step 1: Press the Home button twice to show all running Apps.

Step 2: Swipe through the Apps.

Step 3: Swipe up to close an App. Repeat this procedure and close as many Apps as possible.

Step 4: Press the Home button to return to the home screen.

If the App still has performance issues after closing down all unwanted Apps then restart your device by pressing and holding the power button.
