My App does not work on OS X El Capitan!
We are aware that Pro Snooker & Pool 2012, My Bowling 3D and My Golf 3D are not compatible with OS X El Capitan.
We have identified the problem and are working on updating all of the Apps.
Once they have been tested and reviewed by Apple Inc. we will release them on the Mac App Store immediately.
All Apps should be available by the end of October 2015 subject to Apple's review times.
Refunds and Payment Problems!
If you want a refund or think that you have been charged wrong then you will need to speak to Apple Inc.
We do not have any control or access to your financial information or any transactions that you make, this is all managed by Apple Inc.
You can log into your Apple account by using your Apple ID and Password where you will then be able to contact Apple Inc.
Pro Snooker & Pool 2012 crashes towards the end of a frame!
If you are experiencing a random crash towards the end of a frame please upgrade your App to the latest version.
Following various reports from Apple users we were able to fix a major crash that only happened under very specific circumstances.
If after installing the lastest version you find that the problem still exists, then please email us with as many details as possible so that we can isolate the problem quickly.
My App does not run smoothly!
This is probably due to having too many Apps running in the background.
Close as many Apps down as possible and re-boot your computer. Apps that run as services in the background can have a negative effect on your computers performance.
