I have just updated my App and it crashes!

If you have updated your App and it keeps crashing when trying to launch it, you may need to restart your device.

Step 1: Press the Home button twice to show all running apps.

Step 2: Swipe through the apps until you find the app you want to close.

Step 3: Swipe up to close an app. Close as many apps as possible.

Step 4: Press the Home button to return to the home screen.

Step 5: Press and hold your power button until a screen appears asking you to switch off your device.

Step 6: Switch off your device and wait for it to power down completely.

Step 7: Turn your device on and wait for it to boot up.

Step 8: Run the App.

Refunds and Payment Problems!

If you want a refund or think that you have been charged wrong then you will need to speak to Apple Inc.

We do not have any control or access to your financial information or any transactions that you make, this is all managed by Apple Inc.

You can log into your Apple account by using your Apple ID and Password where you will then be able to contact Apple Inc.

My In App purchase has not been recognized by the game!

This problem seems to be caused by not receiving final notification that the purchase has been completed possibly due to a drop in internet connectivity while finalizing the purchase.

Step 1: Run the App.

Step 2: Locate the 'Restore Purchases' option. Depending on which App you are trying to restore purchases on, this option will be in one of three places:


Apps with the 'Restore Purchases' option on the 'Main Menu'


Apps with the 'Restore Purchases' option in the 'Shop'


Apps with the 'Restore Purchases' option in the 'Settings Menu'

Step 3: Select 'Restore Purchases' and follow the on-screen instructions.

Note: During the 'Restore In App purchases' procedure you may be asked to enter your Apple Id password. This WILL NOT charge you again.

My App does not resume after it has been minimized using the Home button!

This is probably due to having too many Apps running in the background. When an App in closed by pressing the Home button, it is still using system resources which will have a negative effect on your devices performance. Game Apps use alot of system resources such as memory and should ideally be used with minimal Apps running in the background.

Step 1: Press the Home button twice to show all running Apps.

Step 2: Swipe through the Apps.

Step 3: Swipe up to close an App. Repeat this procedure and close as many Apps as possible.

Step 4: Press the Home button to return to the home screen.

If the App still has performance issues after closing down all unwanted Apps then restart your device by pressing and holding the power button.

My App does not run smoothly!
