How do I create an iWare Designs Account?
To use the friends features of our online games you will need to create an iWare Designs Account. With this you can choose a unique Gamer Tag and create a Friends list so you can invite them to play. To create an account, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Tap on 'Online & Multiplayer' from the main menu.
Step 2: Tap on 'Online Game'.
Step 3: Tap on 'Create New Account'.
Step 4: Read and accept the Terms and Conditions.
Step 5: Fill in the 'Gamer Tag', 'Password' and 'Email Address' boxes, then tap on 'Create'.
Your Gamer Tag needs to be unique and should be a pseudonymisation to enhance your privacy. We manually review all new Gamer Tags daily and anything deemed offensive with be blocked. Any Gamer Tags that are reported from our existing customers will be reviewed and blocked if deemed offensive.
Please use a valid email address, your email address is only used for your account management. You will need a valid email address to reset your password! If we cannot communicate with you via your registered email address we cannot help you!

How do I delete my iWare Designs Account?
Your online profile is stored on your device using your Gamer Tag.
If you delete your iWare Designs Account then your Gamer Tag can be chosen by another player.
There is no way to reclaim your Gamer Tag if it is chosen by another player. There is no way to retrieve your Player Profile after deleting your account.
To delete your iWare Designs Account, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Tap on 'Online & Multiplayer' from the main menu.
Step 2: Tap on 'Online Game'.
Step 3: Tap on 'Sign In'.
Step 4: Input your Gamer Tag and Password, then tap 'Sign In'.
Step 5: Tap on 'Delete Account'.
Step 6: To confirm the delete, tap on 'Yes, Delete Account'.
Step 7: Your Account is deleted.
How do I play an online game?
To play an online game against a random online opponent, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Tap on 'Online & Multiplayer' from the main screen.
Step 2: Tap on 'Online Game'.
Step 3: Tap on 'Sign In'.
Step 4: Input your Gamer Tag and Password, then tap 'Sign In'.
Step 5: Tap on 'Play against anyone online'. After a brief search, any available games will be shown.
Step 6: Tap 'Join Game' under the game you want to play. You can hit 'Refresh Games' at any time to get an updated list of available games.
How do I create an online game?
To create an online game to play against a random online opponent, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Tap on 'Online & Multiplayer' from the main screen.
Step 2: Tap on 'Online Game'.
Step 3: Tap on 'Sign In'.
Step 4: Input your Gamer Tag and Password, then tap 'Sign In'.
Step 5: Tap on 'Play against anyone online'.
Step 6: Tap on 'Create Game'.
Step 7: Choose your game type and configuration settings. Tap 'Continue' to advance.
Step 8: Tap 'Start Game' when you are done.
Step 9: Wait for someone to join your game!
How do I invite someone to be my Friend?
To send a Friend Invite to someone, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Tap on 'Online & Multiplayer' from the main screen.
Step 2: Tap on 'Online Game'.
Step 3: Tap on 'Sign In'.
Step 4: Input your Gamer Tag and Password, then tap 'Sign In'.
Step 5: Tap on 'Manage your friends'.
Step 6: Tap on 'Add Friend'.
Step 7: Use the keyboard to enter your friend's Gamer Tag, then tap on 'Add Friend'.
Your friend will get a notification of your invitation, it is up to them to accept or decline it. The status of the invite is shown on your Manage Friends screen.
How do I accept a Friend invite?
To accept a Friend invite, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Tap on 'Online & Multiplayer' from the main screen.
Step 2: Tap on 'Online Game'.
Step 3: Tap on 'Sign In'.
Step 4: Input your Gamer Tag and Password, then tap 'Sign In'.
Step 5: Tap on 'Manage your friends'.
Step 6: Tap on the orange 'Manage' icon next to the Friend invite you want to accept.
Step 7: Tap 'Accept Invite' on the requester.
Your friend will get a notification to say that you have accepted the invite. You will now be able to see each other's status from the Mange Friends screen.
How do I remove a Friend from my Friend List?
To remove a Friend from your list, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Tap on 'Online & Multiplayer' from the main screen.
Step 2: Tap on 'Online Game'.
Step 3: Tap on 'Sign In'.
Step 4: Input your Gamer Tag and Password, then tap 'Sign In'.
Step 5: Tap on 'Manage your friends'.
Step 6: Tap on the green or red 'Manage' icon next to the Friend you want to remove.
Step 7: Tap 'Yes, Remove friend' on the requester.
How do I create a Friend Only game?
To create an Online game that is only available for people in your Friends list to join, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Tap on 'Online & Multiplayer' from the main screen.
Step 2: Tap on 'Online Game'.
Step 3: Tap on 'Sign In'.
Step 4: Input your Gamer Tag and Password, then tap 'Sign In'.
Step 5: Tap on 'Play against your friends'.
Step 6: Tap on 'Create Game'.
Step 7: Choose the game style and options. Tap on 'Continue' to advance.
Step 8: Tap on 'Start Game' when you are ready.
Step 9: Wait for a friend to join your game.
Any friends signed in to the iWare Designs Server will get a notification that you have created a game.
How do I join a Friend Only game?
To join an Online game created by one of your friends, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Tap on 'Online & Multiplayer' from the main screen.
Step 2: Tap on 'Online Game'.
Step 3: Tap on 'Sign In'.
Step 4: Input your Gamer Tag and Password, then tap 'Sign In'.
Step 5: Tap on 'Play against your friends'.
Step 6: You will see a list of available games created by your friends. Tap 'Join Game' to play.
Why can't I join my Friend's game?
If you can not see any games created by your friends or if you try and join a friend game and get an error message, check you are both using the same Multiplayer Version. To view your Multiplayer Version number follow the steps below.
Step 1: Tap on 'Online & Multiplayer' from the main menu.
Step 2: You will see the Network Version printed under the title.
The Multiplayer Version number must be the same on each device in order to connect and play.
